Workshop opening activity. Participant share one change that can happen and witness the impacts echoing in their communities.
A puzzle game based on digital disruption study cases. Participants then discusses what is innovation and learn the 6 innovation models.
Based on Gartner’s Action Model, the six choices to deal with disruptions and changes.
A strategic game simulating the environment of digital disruption. Participants work as a team to maneuver the unforeseeable disruptions and use the power of innovation to be the winner.
A section to reflect and debrief on the simulation experience.
A workshop exercises to practice running Idea Generation session to develop an innovative idea for potential disruption.

★ Experience the thought process behind an innovative process and team culture.
★ Understand entrepreneur thinking
✓ Participants are briefed on the mission scenarios and goals.
✓ Participants are given tools, resources, and information on how to best play the game.
✓ Split into teams, each team has to plan and manage work together over the set time. (1-4 days)
✓ Based on the result submission, the winning team provides most correct answers and decisions.
