3. Game-Based Simulation:

“The Missing Wanderers” Mystery Puzzle Game

4. Discussion & Conclusion:

➔ Team unity, trust and the key to a self-driven tem
➔ The 3 personalities required within a team
➔ The 5 steps of the agile high-performance team formation

5. Game-Based Practicing Activity:

“The High Performance Toolbox”

Play and practice as a team on agile team management tools to use in a different situation

6. Strategic Planning:

Utilizing AHT tool to defy role, target characteristics, and create a process to influence your team that leads to a collaborative team and delivery a high-performance outcome.

Featured Activity:

“The Missing Wanderers”

After a 5-days journey, all explorers have successfully discovered a lost city. But one team is missing! What happened to them? A high-performing rescue team is needed fast!

★ Play and learn the essentials of an agile high-performance team.
★ Simulate the team forming process.
★ Share the team experience with your peers.

✓ Participants are briefed on the mission scenarios and goals.
✓ Participants are given tools, resources, and information on how to best play the game.
✓ Split into teams, each team has to plan and manage work together over the set time. (1-4 days)
✓ Based on the result submission, the winning team provides most correct answers and decisions.
